Test drive appointments may be cancelled for various reasons, and we will inform you in your cancellation email to let you know why. For example, a cancellation could occur if the car you were scheduled to test drive was sold or placed on deposit by another customer. A cancellation could also occur if we are unable to reach you prior to your appointment.
We recommend booking a test drive appointment for the earliest time that you might be ready to purchase a car you have interest in. Our cars get booked on test drives very frequently, so unless you place a deposit on a car, there's a chance it could be sold to another customer even if you have a future test drive booked.
