If for any reason you need to reschedule your test drive appointment, you can do so online. In your appointment confirmation email, you should see a Manage appointment button, which will direct you to your appointment confirmation page on our site. Once on our site, you can view more details about your appointment, add it to your calendar, reschedule, or cancel.
If you need to reschedule, you can choose a date and time that works better for you, and book your new appointment.
If you need to cancel, please let us know in the dropdown as to why, so that we can follow up with you accordingly. A Shift Sales team member will reach out to you to see how else we can help.
