Bugs Fixed 🐛🔨

• We've identified and resolved an issue where installing Shift via our Recipes app flow did not create a desktop shortcut. We’ve now fixed this! You can now quickly access the Recipes App directly from your desktop making it easier to get cooking.
• We discovered an issue where Shift would close unexpectedly without relaunching when attempting to change the language, and additionally, it would not successfully apply the language change. This occurred due to Shift being exclusively available in English. To prevent any further errors and confusion, we have now removed the language option altogether.
• We identified an issue where selecting any search suggestion other than the first one would incorrectly initiate a search for the first suggestion instead. This has been resolved. Now, when you choose any suggestion from the search options, Shift will accurately search for the selected suggestion.
