If you have been invited to join an organization's Shift workspace, follow these step-by-step instructions to activate your premium license and configure your profile.

Step-by-Step Activation Guide
1. Locate Your Invitation Email
Open your corporate inbox and locate the automated invitation email sent by our system:

2. Click the Activation Link
Open the email and click the Join Team link. This secure link verifies your seat allocation and routes you to the configuration page.
3. Download the Desktop Application
If you do not have the browser installed on your computer yet, download the installation file directly from our official website: Download Shift Browser.
4. Create or Sign In to Your Account
Launch the Shift application and follow the on-screen setup prompts:
Crucial Rule: Ensure you register or log in using the exact same email address where your Administrator sent the team invitation. If you use a different or personal email address, your premium team license will not activate.
5. Sync and Refresh Your Workspace
Once you are logged into the desktop application, perform a hard refresh to instantly pull your organization's premium settings from our servers:
Mac: Press
Cmd + Shift + Ron your keyboard.Windows: Press
Ctrl + Shift + Ron your keyboard.
Your workspace is now fully upgraded to our premium tier, allowing you to build your Spaces, add unlimited apps, and organize your daily workflow.
