How the native integration works
The Shopping add-on is built directly into Shift, so there's no need for extra downloads. To use the Shopping add on, make sure it's turned on:
Open Quick Settings
.
Click on Advanced Settings.
Select 'Add ons' from the sidebar options.
Make sure the Shopping add on is toggled ON.
Now you can go shopping!
Navigate to a supported store's checkout page.
Wait for Shift to search for valid coupons automatically.
Review the potential savings displayed in the secure Shift interface.
Choose to buy from a different site if the add-on flags a better price elsewhere.
Because it's a specialized app within the browser, the Shopping add-on is faster and safer than third-party tools. It doesn't require special permissions or manual setup.
