If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so online. In your appointment confirmation email, you should see a Manage appointment button, which will direct you to your appointment confirmation page on our site. Once on our site, you can view more details about your appointment, add it to your calendar, reschedule, or cancel.
If you need to reschedule, you can choose a time that better works for you, but note that your offer expiration date will not change. If you choose a date that is after your offer expires, we will auto-recalculate a new offer for you on your expiration date and send you an email with the new amount.
