- Monthly plan: USD $3.99 per month, billing monthly and renewing automatically until you cancel
- Annual plan: USD $35.99 per year (save 25%), billed annually and renewing automatically until you cancel
The annual plan offers the best value for long-term use.
How do I cancel Blocker Max?
You can cancel your Blocker Max subscription at any time.
In the Software, go to Quick Settings > Advanced Settings > Accounts and Preferences > Manage Plan > Subscription and click “Cancel Subscription,” or
Within your account, log in to the Shift account portal at https://shift.com/account/ and select “Account,” then “Cancel Subscription”; or
Contact Shift via email at support@shift.com with your cancellation request.

What is the Blocker Max refund policy?
Refund eligibility depends on your subscription type:

Monthly subscriptions:
- Non-refundable. Cancel before your next monthly payment date to avoid future charges.

Annual subscriptions:
- Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel before your next annual charge to avoid being billed for the renewal.
