How to structure your bug report

Please include:

Title
Clear and specific (e.g., “Shift won’t launch after update on Windows 11”)

Description
What’s happening? Include detail.

Steps to reproduce

Actual result
What happened?

Expected result
What should have happened?

Frequency
Every time? Occasionally? Once?

Shift version
(Quick Settings → Advanced → About Shift Browser)

Operating system
Mac, Windows 10, or Windows 11

Additional information (optional but helpful)
Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages. Please do not include any personal or private information in your visuals. Some issues may be converted into private support tickets.
