1. Can I save a customized setup? Can I go back to a previous customization? 
   1. Unfortunately, not at this time. But we’re always looking for feedback on what improvements and features our users want. Drop a comment below if you’d like to have a way to save customized setups. 
2. Why can’t I move my Controls/Bars/Apps around in Builder mode? 
   1. In order to move a bar, control, or app in Builder mode you have to be in the right tab. To move a control like ‘Downloads’, make sure you are on the ‘Control’ tab of the Builder. Same goes for Bars and Apps. 
3. How do you change the color of the browser? 
   1. To change the background color of the bars that make up your browser, you can do this directly from Quick Settings. Click the gear icon to open Quick Settings, find the Themes section, and select which color you’d like to set. You can set a different color for each Space for a quick visual cue of which Space you’re in. For more details on themes in Shift, check out this article. 
4. How can I expand my sidebar? 
   1. You can expand your sidebar in Shift at any time (not just in Builder mode), by hovering your cursor over the inner edge of the sidebar, this will reveal a two-direction arrow and will highlight the inner edge of your sidebar with a light blue color. When you see the arrow, click and drag your sidebar in or out to expand or shrink it to the size you want.
5. Why aren’t my emails linked to my Spaces? *for users migrating from a previous version of Shift
   1. In the newest version of Shift we’ve changed the way you connect emails to a Space. Now you can set any app as an Anchor app. To replicate the functionality in v9, add the Gmail or Microsoft app to the Space you want to connect to, then right-click on the app icon, select ‘Set as Anchor App’ and now when you double-click that Space icon it’ll drop you into the Gmail app! You can learn more about Anchor apps here. 
6. How can I perfectly replicate my v9 Setup? *for users migrating from a previous version of Shift
