Recipe App: Quick view vs. full view

  • Updated

When browsing in the Recipes app, you can view recipes in two ways: Quick view and Full view. Here's how to use both options.

Quick view

Quick view gives you a preview of the recipe right from the search page. It shows all the basic information so you can quickly decide if the recipe is right for you.

  • How to Use Quick view: Click on the recipe. A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen. You can scroll through the information without leaving the main search page.
  • Add to Favorites: Click the 'Add to Favorites' button to save the recipe.
  • Close Quick View: If the recipe isn’t what you want, close the pop-up by pressing the “X.”

Full view

If you find a recipe you like and want more details, switch to Full view.

  • How to use Full view: From the Quick view pop-up, click “View Recipe.” This will enlarge the recipe to fill your screen and show more details.
  • Print the recipe: You can print the recipe directly from the app for use in the kitchen.
  • Add to Favorites: Click the "Add to Favorites" button under the recipe image to add the recipe to your saved favorites.
  • Go back to search: If the recipe isn’t right, click “Go Back” in the top left corner to return to your search.
