Troubleshooting payment issues

If you're trying to save your new card and the system rejects it, it's usually due to a small formatting mismatch.

  • Check Your Address: Make sure the zip or postal code you typed matches the exact billing address registered with your bank.

  • SCA Authentication: Some banks require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to verify updates. Check your mobile device or banking app for a quick confirmation prompt if your transaction is stuck.

  • Card Eligibility: Double-check that your card is not an unapproved prepaid or gift card, as our recurring billing engine requires standard credit or debit cards to function.
