Subscribe to Shift emails

Shift emails include helpful tips, special offers, and more. You don’t need a Shift account to sign up! Simply head to shift.com and scroll to the bottom to subscribe.

When you sign up for a Shift account, you will automatically start getting Shift emails.

Unsubscribe from Shift emails

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Shift email. 

Please note, you cannot unsubscribe from account-related emails, such as renewal reminders and other notifications about your account or subscription.

How can I ensure that Shift emails don't go to my spam or junk folder?

To make sure Shift emails don’t end up in your spam or junk folder, you can add shift.com to your safe sender's list.

How to Do This in Gmail:

1. Go to Settings and select "See All Settings."
2. Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses."
3. Select "Create New Filter" and type in shift.com.
4. Click "Create Filter" and choose "Never send to Spam."

How to Do This in Outlook/Office 365:

1. Open your Outlook settings and select "View All Outlook Settings."
2. Click on "Junk Email" and select "+ Add" under Safe Senders and Domains.
3. Type shift.com and press Enter.

How to Do This in Yahoo Mail:

1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "More Settings."
3. Go to "Filters" and click "Add new filters."
4. In the "Filter Name" field, enter a name for the filter.
5. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
6. Select "Inbox" as the folder to move the emails to.
7. Click "Save."

How to Do this in Apple Mail (iCloud):

1. Open iCloud Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon in the lower left corner and select "Rules."
3. Click "Add a Rule."
4. In the "If a message" dropdown menu, select "is from."
5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
6. In the "Then" dropdown menu, select "Move to Inbox" and click "Done."

How to Do this in AOL Mail:

1. Open AOL Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click on "Options" and select "Mail Settings."
3. Go to the "Spam Settings" tab.
4. In the "Sender Filter" section, click "Allow mail from addresses I specify."
5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe sender's list.
6. Click "Save Settings."

How to Do this in ProtonMail:

1. Open ProtonMail and log in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings."
3. Go to the "Filters" tab.
4. Click "Add filter."
5. In the "Filter Name" field, enter a name for the filter.
6. In the "If" section, select "Sender" and enter the email address.
7. In the "Then" section, select "Move to Inbox" and click "Save."

How to Do this in Zoho Mail:

1. Open Zoho Mail and log in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Mail Settings."
3. Go to the "Anti-Spam List" under "Email Administration."
4. Click "Add new whitelist."
5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
6. Click "Save."
