If a browser extension is causing performance issues, or if you simply want to declutter your workspace, you can easily turn off or completely delete extensions from Shift.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Look at the top-right corner of your Shift browser window and click the Extensions icon (the puzzle piece icon).

2. Locate the specific extension you want to manage from the dropdown menu.

3. Click the More Actions menu (the three vertical dots) situated directly beside the extension's name.

4. Choose your preferred action:

   • To turn it off temporarily: Click Manage extension and toggle the blue activation switch to Off.

   • To delete it permanently: Click Remove extension from the menu, then click Confirm on the verification pop-up.

Note: Because extensions in Shift are global, disabling or removing an extension here will automatically update its status across all of your active Spaces and email profiles.
