Shift Premium Support policy for Advanced users

Shift Browser Advanced and Teams users can access Premium Support by submitting a ticket and requesting a personalized Zoom consultation. Our structured process includes issue submission, self-scheduling via Calendly, and a 20 minute live session. We've built this system to ensure your workflow remains seamless and productive.

 

Who can use Premium Support?

We're committed to providing our power users with exceptional, human-led assistance. This specialized service is a facet of our customer success commitment. You're eligible for Premium Support if you have an active:

  • Shift Browser Advanced subscription

  • Shift Browser Teams subscription

How to schedule your session

Getting expert help shouldn't be a chore. We use a clear, step-by-step process to get you from a stuck state back into your deep work flow.

  1. Submit your request. Start by submitting a Support Ticket. Provide detailed information about the assistance you need.

  2. Choose your topic. In your ticket, tell us if you'd like a call for Onboarding, Feature Demos, or Technical Troubleshooting.

  3. Pick a time. Our team will review your request and send a Calendly link. You can use this to book a 20 minute Zoom call at a time that works for you.

  4. Confirm and prepare. You'll get a confirmation email with some helpful information to review pre-call. 

What to expect during the call

Our sessions are designed to be efficient. You don't need to worry about being "camera ready." We want to focus on helping you get the most out of Shift. 

  • Screen sharing: Be ready to share your screen so our team can see exactly what you see.

  • Privacy: You don't need to turn your camera on.

  • Quality: We record these sessions for training. This helps us make the Shift experience even better for everyone.

Following up after your call

Once the call ends, we don't just disappear. We'll make sure the resolution sticks.

  1. Check your inbox for a summary of the meeting and any next steps we discussed.

  2. Complete the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey to let us know how we did.
