The Shift Browser Account Portal lets you manage your subscription, billing, and team settings in one centralized place. It's designed for total autonomy, so you can handle most updates yourself without waiting for a support agent.

 

Self-serve features in the portal

Shift's mission is to reduce friction. We've built the Account Portal so you're always in control of your digital space. Most billing and account tasks are available as a self-serve option right now.

    Email preferences: Unsubscribe from marketing emails instantly.

  •  

    Billing updates: Update your payment information or add custom details like VAT and Tax IDs to your receipts.

  •  

    Receipts: Download copies of your past receipts whenever you need them.

  •  

    Cancellations: Cancel your individual or teams subscription directly through the portal.

When to contact support

We're a team of real humans ready to help with complex tasks. While Shift gives you a lot of power, a few specific actions require a manual touch from our team to ensure your data stays secure.

Reach out to our support team if you need to:

  1. Request a refund for a Teams account.

  2. Request a refund if you're outside the standard 14-day window. Issuance of a refund outside the terms of our refund policy are not guaranteed, but our team can review of eligibility. 

  3. Reduce the number of licenses on your team.

  4. Resolve any issues accessing your portal.

How to access your portal

It's easy to find your settings. Follow these steps to manage your account:

  1. You can access the Account portal here

  2. Login using your Shift login information. 

  3. Select the category associated with the changes you'd like to make.
