How to Copy Page Addresses (URLs) for Apps

Want to copy a link to a specific page or document, but you are currently working inside an app instead of a standard browser tab?

Because apps in Shift hide the traditional top address bar to maximize your screen real estate, you can use the right-click menu to grab the link instead.

Steps to Copy an App URL

  1. Right-click on any open, non-interactive area within the app page.

  2. Click Copy page address from the context menu that appears. This copies the exact URL to your clipboard.

  3. Paste the link (Cmd + V on Mac or Ctrl + V on Windows) wherever you need to share or save it.
