FIXED: Shift freezes when switching between apps

Recently, I've noticed that switching between applications Shift will pause/freeze before it starts working. Restarting the browser fixes the problem for anywhere from ½ a day to a full day. I have to restart it every morning.
Once the issue starts, it persists until restarting. Say I switch to Shift, wait several seconds, copy a line of text, switch back to my other app and paste, switch back to Shift to grab the next line, and the freeze happens again.

Until recently, I was on Shift Legacy, which did not have that issue.

I am on a 2024 MacBook Pro 48 GB of memory, running Tahoe 26.3.1

    Quick update on this. The issue with freezing when switching between apps has now been resolved in Shift 144.1.
