FIXED: Zoom issue in Figma
Zoom seems to be super buggy when using the Figma app as well as when using Figma in a browser tab. Zooming with 2 fingers on the trackpad zooms the entire UI including side menus, completely obscuring the canvas; while zooming with cmd+/- does the same and also gets stuck (can't zoom back in). It sometimes works as expected when an object is selected, but only ~25% of the time.
What should happen: Only the canvas should zoom, not the side menus
Shift version: Version 142.3.2.58 (Official Build) (arm64)
OS: MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1

Quick update here. This issue has now been fixed in Shift 144.1
Once you update to the latest version, zooming in on Figma should behave as expected again.

Hey again! I've got a quick update. I've reproduced this on the current live version of Shift, so thanks for flagging it.
The good news is that we've already resolved this in a newer, unreleased version. You'll likely see this fix in version 144. I'd recommend updating Shift as soon as that version's available to you.
