If you’ve decided the App you’ve added to Shift isn’t for you follow the instructions below for how to remove your added Apps from Shift.
Method 1: Right-click the App
- Find the app you want to remove at the top right of Shift.
- Right-click on the app.
- Click "Remove App"
- A confirmation window will appear, click "Yes" to remove the app.
Note: Enabling "Don't ask me again" will not show the prompt for future app removals.

Method 2: Quick Settings
- Locate the settings wheel in the top right corner
- Under “Apps”, find the App you would like to remove
- Hover over this App, and a trash symbol will appear
- Press the trash symbol
- A prompt will appear, click "Yes" to remove the app.
Note: Enabling "Don't ask me again" will not show the prompt for future app removals.
The App will no longer appear; however, if you do decide you would like it back, you can re-add it to your setup at any time. To add an App, check out this article here
