How to Get Help
The Knowledge Base is a library of how-to articles, videos, and troubleshooting tips. Here’s how you can use it:
- Browse Categories: Find articles on specific topics by browsing different categories from the homepage
- Search Bar: Manually search keywords or phrases for a list of relevant articles
- Submit a Ticket: Contact Support by submitting a ticket on the Submit a Request page

What to expect when contacting Support
Our dedicated team of helpful support reps is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST. You can expect a response within 2 hours during support business hours, or the following day if outside business hours.
To get the best help, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible. If you’re experiencing a bug or issue, please include the steps you’ve followed to get that result and add a screenshot or short video if you can. The more detail you give, the faster we can help resolve your issue!
