How to Access the Support Slider Panel
- Open Shift

Click the Support Icon:
Look for the Support icon in your Shift interface. Clicking on it will open the Slider Panel on the side of your screen.

Browse the Knowledge Base:
The slider panel allows you to quickly search and view articles from the Shift Knowledge Base. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or learning how to use a feature, the information is right at your fingertips.

Contact Support:
If you can’t find what you need in the Knowledge Base, you can use the slider panel to contact Shift Support directly.- Click on the Hamburger menu at the top right of the Slider Panel
- Click Submit a request
- Scroll down the Slider and fill out the Support Form
