The Support slider panel in Shift Browser gives you quick access to Help Center articles and the Support team without leaving your current tab. You can search for answers or submit a support request directly from the sidebar.

Accessing help in the Shift Browser

Getting help is simple and doesn't require you to visit a separate website. Follow these steps to open the panel:

1. Open Shift.
2. Click the Support Icon : Look for the Support icon in your Shift interface. Clicking on it will open the Slider Panel on the side of your screen.
3. Browse the Help Center: Search for and read Help Center articles directly from the slider panel. 

Contacting the Shift Support team

If you can't find the answer in the Help Center, you can submit a support request. Our team is ready to help you solve more complex issues through these steps:

1. Click the Hamburger menu at the top right of the slider panel.

2. Select Submit a request from the menu options.

3. Fill out the support form with your details.

4. Click Submit to send your request.
