How to Access the Support Slider Panel

  1. Open Shift
  2. Click the Support Icon:
    Look for the Support icon in your Shift interface. Clicking on it will open the Slider Panel on the side of your screen.

  1. Browse the Knowledge Base:
    The slider panel allows you to quickly search and view articles from the Shift Knowledge Base. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or learning how to use a feature, the information is right at your fingertips.

  1. Contact Support:
    If you can’t find what you need in the Knowledge Base, you can use the slider panel to contact Shift Support directly.
    1. Click on the Hamburger menu at the top right of the Slider Panel
    2. Click Submit a request
    3. Scroll down the Slider and fill out the Support Form
