The Package Tracker app in Shift helps you monitor all your incoming shipments and logistics from a single, centralized dashboard. You can easily check the real-time status of your deliveries and plan your schedule around expected arrival windows.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Package Tracker App
Launch Shift on your computer.
Locate and click the Package Tracker icon on your sidebar layout to open the application panel.

Step 2: Add Your Tracking Number
Locate the custom tracking number provided for your package. You can typically find this string in your store confirmation receipt or shipping notification emails.
On the right-hand side of the Package Tracker app interface, locate the tracking input box.
Type or paste your tracking number directly into the field.
Step 3: Track Your Package
After entering your tracking number, click the Search button.

The application will pull data from the carrier network and display the live status of your shipment, including:
Current Location: Where your package is currently being scanned or sorted.
Expected Delivery Date: The anticipated calendar day and estimated time window for arrival.
Logistics Updates: Any milestone updates, customs clearances, or unexpected route delays.
Step 4: Monitor Ongoing Updates
You can return to the Package Tracker app panel at any point during the day to refresh your transit details.
To save you time, any tracking numbers you have entered previously will be stored directly underneath the Recent tab, allowing you to re-check statuses with a single click without needing to copy and paste the code again.
