The Package Tracker app in Shift helps you keep track of all your deliveries. You can easily check where your packages are and when they will arrive. Let’s learn how to use the Package Tracker app!
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Package Tracker app
1. Launch Shift on your computer.
2. Click on the Package Tracker app at the top right corner.
Step 2: Add Your Tracking Number
1. Find the tracking number for your package. You can get this number from the email or message sent by the store or delivery service.
2. On the right-hand side, you will see an Omnibox to enter your tracking number.
3. Type or paste the tracking number into the box
Step 3: Track Your Package
1. After entering the tracking number, click the “Search” button.
2. The app will show you the status of your package, including:
- Where it is right now.
- The expected delivery date.
- Any updates or changes in the delivery.
Step 4: Check Updates
1. You can come back to the Package Tracker app anytime to check for updates on your delivery.
2. The tracking you have done previously will be shown under “Recent.”
