The Support slider panel in Shift Browser provides instant access to help guides and our human support team without leaving your current tab. You can find answers or submit help requests directly through this native sidebar integration. It’s built to keep you in your flow while getting the assistance you need.

Accessing help in the Shift Browser

Getting help is simple and doesn't require you to visit a separate website. Follow these steps to open the panel:

  1. Open Shift.
  2. Click the Support Icon Help.svg: Look for the Support icon in your Shift interface. Clicking on it will open the Slider Panel on the side of your screen.
  3. Browse the Knowledge Base: The slider panel allows you to quickly search and view articles from the Shift Knowledge Base. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or learning how to use a feature, the information is right at your fingertips.

Contacting the Shift Support team

If our guides don't have the answer, you can talk to a real person. Our team is ready to help you solve more complex issues through these steps:

  1. Click the Hamburger menu Hamburger menu icon at the top right of the slider panel.

  2. Select Submit a request from the menu options.

  3. Fill out the support form with your details.

  4. Click submit to send your message to our team.
