The Weather App shows you the temperature, whether sunny, rainy, or cloudy, and gives a forecast for the next few days. This means you can know what the weather will be like before you go out.
How to use the Weather app?
Navigate to the Weather app
1. Launch Shift on your computer.
2. Click on the Weather app at the top right corner.
Check the Weather
- See the Current Weather: The app will show today’s temperature and weather when you open it.
- View the Forecast: Scroll or swipe to see what the weather will be like tomorrow or later in the week.
How to Check Weather for a Different Place
- Navigate to the search box in the sidebar of the Weather app
- Type the name of the city or town you want to check.
- Select the location from the list that pops up.
Tips for Using the Weather App
- Plan Your Day: Check the app in the morning to know if you need a jacket, sunscreen, or an umbrella.
- Be Ready for Tomorrow: Look at the forecast for the next day to plan ahead.
