You can use the HubSpot extension in Shift to manage contacts, track emails, and streamline your workflow. Since HubSpot’s cookies are saved in your Default space, you’ll need to set up the extension and connect all emails there first before they’ll work in secondary spaces.

Adding HubSpot to Shift

1. Open Shift.
2. Add the HubSpot extension from the extensions panel.
3. Go to your Gmail account in your Default space.
4. Click the HubSpot logo in Gmail.
5. Sign in with the email you want to connect.
6. Click the HubSpot icon again to turn it on.
   • The icon should now show a green dot, confirming HubSpot is active.

Adding Secondary Emails to HubSpot

Because HubSpot is tied to the extension in the first space, you must connect additional emails from there before using them in other spaces.

1. In your Default space, go to Gmail.
2. Click the HubSpot icon.
3. Open Email Integration Settings.
4. Select Connect a personal email.
5. Enter the secondary email you want to add.
6. Sign in and allow HubSpot access.

Using HubSpot with Secondary Emails in Other Spaces

1. Go to the space where the secondary email account lives.
2. Open Gmail and click the HubSpot icon.
3. Turn HubSpot on for that account.
   • The green dot will confirm it’s active.

Now you can use HubSpot across all of your connected email accounts in Shift.
